The practice has a ‘virtual patient participation group’. This is a group giving patients the chance to give occasional comments and feedback without attending meetings. The group help ensure we are taking the view of a broad selection of patients into account. Your contribution will help us improve our services for everyone’s benefit and help your GP to provide an accessible and responsive service. As a member we will send you emails, texts or letters asking for your opinion on a range of topics. You decide how often and when you would like to answer. You will also be amongst the first to hear about news and updates.
If you are interested please give your details to reception or use the application form on this website.

Whilst wishing to support patients with social and financial problems, the practice has a primary duty to provide services for the management of patients who are ill. Writing letters and medical reports to support appeals for the purpose of benefits, letters for school, housing and outside agencies falls outside of our contract regulations and may be chargeable.
