We are unable to provide you with ‘exemption letters’ from wearing a face mask.

IF YOU NEED TO SEE A GP YOU WILL HAVE TO RING FOR AN APPOINTMENT OR EMAIL US, OR USE THE ONLINE CONSULT VIA THIS WEBSITE. YOUR GP WILL THEN DECIDE IF YOU NEED A TELEPHONE CONSULTATION OR A FACE TO FACE CONSULTATION. THIS DECISION HAS NOT BEEN TAKEN LIGHTLY AND WE APOLOGISE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE.OUR MAIN ENTRANCE WILL BE CLOSED, REPEAT PRESCRIPTION REQUESTS CAN BE POSTED THROUGH THE LETTER BOX.
If you are an ex-service man or woman, or are a reservist or cadet, or are currently in the Armed Forces please let us know so we can update your records. Ex-Armed Forces personnel are able to access specific ex-service personnel’s health services and receive any priority treatment that they may be entitled to.
